Overview
The client requested a contemporary backyard to accommodate large parties and family gatherings. The project included a sports pool with anchor sleeves for removable a basketball hoop and volleyball net. We designed a zero edge spa with glass tile that was reached by crossing pool stepping stones. A massive accent wall with a cantilever pergola, Tempest torches, and rain curtain hovers over the spa. Across from the spa we incorporated a sunken seating area with a gas fire pit. Big gatherings require big meals. So we built a large cabana addition with a Challenger outdoor kitchen that was designed for entertaining. To top it off, we installed a basketball half court with shock absorbing tiles and a professional basketball goal system. The whole backyard is housed inside a two-story screen enclosure to provide ample space for entertainment and leisure.
